Dr Jan Vogler studied at the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 2006 to 2013. He then furthered his education at Harvard University, studying Health Economics. Dr Vogler has dedicated his career to understanding the human body to discover the most effective ways to help people lose weight and maintain good health. Traditional weight loss methods, such as cardio exercise, weight lifting, and strict diets, are ineffective for 99% of adults. Drastically reducing calorie intake can slow metabolism and cause a yo-yo effect. Additionally, high-intensity exercise and strict diets are not recommended for everyone as they can cause more harm than good. Consequently, Dr Vogler has shifted towards more holistic and sustainable approaches. He focuses on developing effective solutions tailored to stressful and busy lifestyles, ensuring lasting results.
As a young doctor, Dr Vogler gained experience at the University Medical Centre of Ljubljana. He continued his career as a club doctor at Olimpija Football Club in Ljubljana and has been working in the private sector since 2016.
As a student, Dr Vogler was actively involved with the Texas Heart Institute, which raises public awareness of cardiovascular disease through pioneering research and expert educational materials. The institute also helps patients cope with cardiovascular disease and supports them through the treatment process.
